Need MBs advice on driving record/background check...

I would hire you if this is the only issue in your background check. Ten years is a long time.

Another MB here. This would not be a dealbreaker for me at all (assuming your record has been clean for years.)

Maybe she is pondering in her mind if this a deal-breaker or not.

It's not like a DUI or anything, but some people are kinda funny about any type of blemish on a driving record, esp. when it concerns a person driving their young children around.

I would take a wait and see approach....

Op here, it's been a week since her last correspondance in which she said she would let me know when the background check came back and send me the contract for review. The background check came back 6 daud ago amd I emailed on Saturday about the driving record.

Should I text or email her or wait until she contacts me? She admitted she's not good about keeping up on things.

I'd send her an email and just say that you really enjoyed meeting her but are wondering if she has filled the position since you haven't heard back from her.

Op here with an update. Got an email offering me a job and stating that the driving record issue was of no consequence. I start at the end of the month!
