You people are so cheap , that is why you end up to hire a non qualified nanny then you start to complain.

Not true. Diplomat dependents who work for private employers have full tax liability. Only income paid by foreign governments is protected.

I interviewed for a mom who had 3 kids and wanted a nanny for 50 hours a week and was only going to pay $10 per hour. I'm a college-educated nanny and that kind of pay is insulting. At a minimium it should be $15 per hour, but number of kids and hours worked are also something to consider.
