I am sorry that happened to you.
My mom has permit for taking care of children at home.
She had profile on care.com.
Unfortunately they deleted her account.
They didn’t say what was reason.
I have profile as nanny but I do my best to follow all their rules.
No doubt I found very nice families through care.com.
I think try to make profile with different name.
Use someone else credit card for payment ( with their permission) pay them back .
Once you reach the families tell them to do background check with any other source.

I was just removed a few days ago as well. I payed for the premium membership a few weeks ago. I’ve had my care account for 9 years I’ve had several back ground checks ran. All clear. The fact they can’t tell you the exact reason as to why the membership was terminated is bullshit. We should be able to sue care for wrongfully removing our account.

They removed me and I'm a member, not a caregiver... No explanation given. Gave great reviews for the caregiver we did use.

Well I never work for care.com before and unfortunately I got flagged maybe because of color frfr. I Only created a profile and got flagged. Nothing on my background. It's a shame the world we live in today.
