Not to hijack the thread, but if you ask your nanny to drive - do you offer to provide your own car or ask them to drive their own? Either way, I'd offer to pay for their car insurance.

Why would you offer to pay their insurance? They need insurance to drive at all. Taking a child in the car doesn't change that.

if you parents want us in a better car, its easy just get it for us in the mean while pay 60 cents per mile its fair we are running down our own cars
