Most of the professional housekeepers who I've known, don't particularly care to do babysitting, but would most likely try to help you if there was a real emergency.

Another option is to split up what you need - we have a nanny who will do light housekeeping. Then every other week, we have a cleaning crew in to do the deep cleaning.

And you need to pay for the nanny duties plus the cleaning, gas mileage for your errands. Only to clean a house the rate is about $100.00 for a medium size house, and the cooking for the family needs to be paid too, and if your children are not well behaved you should pay more all of that require time . Only in your imagination you can find somebody to do all of that in 4 hours. How convenient to have all that done for the salary of one position. Thinkl about! Just hire Speedy Gonzales!
