Let's break it down so your needs are better understood:

Just 2 yr old Tuesday 2:30-9:30 -- All three boys Wednesday 2:30-8:30 -- 4 yr old, bring to baseball Thursday 2:30-8:30 -- All three boys Friday (maybe) 7:00-7:30 -- one or two boys September: one week off October: one week off November: two weeks off Gas mileage: yes, reimburse for the miles when she is driving your kids. 56.5 cents per mile http://www.irs.gov/uac/2013-Standard-Mileage-Rates-Up-1-Cent-per-Mile-for-Business,-Medical-and-Moving |

18:30 again.
Shoot. Hit submit accidentally. I say remove Monday and Friday from the equation -- if you don't need someone, then you don't need someone. And I don't think it would be worth anyone's time to work for 30 minutes on a Friday. That gives you 19 hours per week that you need someone. Not many hours, and they're at a popular time. It makes a difference if you're in the country vs Houston/Dallas/Austin, and it makes a difference if you're paying on the books or not. I'd guess that $15/hr would be a good amount. Roughly $285 a week. |
I think OP meant that Fridays she would only need some until 7/7:30pm (most likely starting 2:30pm). That could add an extra 4.5-5 hours to the schedule. If Monday they could do at least that same number of hours as Fridays, then that could be 28-29 hours per week and might be a great schedule for someone that wants/needs more than just 20 hours a week, but doesn't need more than 30. |
oops! I re-read and you're correct -- that is what it looks like. Thanks!

NP, things like that happen.
