Good flooring store?

We are shopping for kitchen flooring, and carpets to have bound into rugs. What’s a really good store for all that? We are in Arlington but will drive for a good selection & service.

Floor and Decor is just a big box chain. Nothing special. We went there to look at flooring for our bathroom reno.

We ended up going with Renaissance Flooring in Rockville. They know their stuff, and their service is personal and excellent.

I liked the service at District Floor Depot and they had some great hardwood options but I believe they do carpet and LVP. Installation was so professional and seamless - best team we worked with on our full house remodel.

Floor and decor but note quality varies. Architessa is nice too. Tile shop has same quality as flooor and decor. The latter is cheaper.
