How is the sizing on Lucky Jeans? Are they pretty accurate?

Anonymous
I just bought some Lucky Jeans size 4/27 that fit me really well. Do these jeans run true to size? Are they similar to other brands like The Gap or American Eagle? I am just trying to figure out if this is my real size. I have always been a size 6 but I have lost some weight recently.

I'm a 6/28 in lucky jeans and just about every other brand I try. So you are probably a 4 now.

They run true to size.

I don’t know about lucky but I get really frustrated with jeans sizing because my jeans size is pretty much always smaller than my actual natural waist size.

Sometimes there’s a size chart with hip measurements that can help a little, did you check?

What does that even mean though? True to their size chart, or true to some universal standard?

TTS means measurements are accurate and non-measurement sizes match the mythical industry average.

Same here. I wear a 6 in most brands, including my pairs of Luckys.

Like any other brand there’s some variation by individual style. I have two pairs—one in a 30 and the other in a 29. Both fit well.

I would say Lucky Brand is TTS and has always been pretty consistent for me. I wear a 27 (4) in their jeans and XS.

I think they are consistent meaning I have several pairs and all the same size.
