Dishwasher Tablets

Anonymous
DH loves Finish Quantum, but boy do they reek! Do you have any more natural dishwasher detergents or tablets you find effective?

I just started using the EarthBreeze dish tablets. I don't know how natural the formula is but there's no plastic packaging and the smell is pleasant. I got lemon citrus but they also come in fragrance free.
Mostly unrelated but I started using their washing machine soap too, and I like it.
I do not work for EarthBreeze or own stock, just thought they were worth a try.

Thank you pp. Not op but agree that some tabs have too powerful of a smell!

I'm using Blueland tablets -- unscented. I hate fragrance, even "natural" fragrance. No plastic wrapping around the tablets.

I thought that the tablets were themselves not good for the environment. I heard this from someone but didn't verify it and switched back to just big box of powder. Which is better?

I think the tablets that are simply just pressed powder are fine -- like Blueland. The tablets or pods that have the plastic packaging around each unit are not good. A box of powder is also fine from the packaging standpoint but I guess it would also depend on what it contains to determine how good/bad it is.

Love our Dropps!

I just want to avoid plastic bottles. If it's in a cardboard box, great!

Dropps leach microplastics into the water supply.

I use whatever they sell at Costco and haven’t noticed a scent.
