Wait, what? We were never told about this at. all.

Yeah, but it’s not cheap

I don't know why they make it so damn hard to give them money.

Does TOLL offer sprinklers? Any thoughts on needing sprinklers for a small backyard (Orchard area)? or can we manage with the hose attached sprinklers?

Thanks so much for typing the laundry room options.
Did not get this from the sales team or design center.
If someone, has Orchards break down as well , please share.

What is the difference between Luxury outdoor living space ($39,195) vs. Luxury covered deck ($34,995) vs. Walk-out luxury covcered deck ($39,400)?

This for the Palatine model.

We have a walk out lot with primary suite covered deck, and was told to purchase the Luxury covered deck option.

Does anyone have a price list of 3“ quarts counter tops? How much does it cost to upgre to 3” thick level 3 quarts for the kitchen island with waterfall (for Windmills - Palatine)?

Correct! We don't even know that you can upgrade to a 48" refrigerator for an addition $50 if we didn't see it from here.

The 42“ JennAir built in fridge (included in the Chef‘s kitchen/ Chef’s Ultra kitchen pachage) retails for $7,999; the 48“ JennAir built in fridge for over $11K

Our design specialist was very nice to tell us we can upgrade from 42” to 48“ built in fridge for only $50

For granite, it looks amazing! Check out Patterson video online; they have 3 inch thickness.

Design center consultant said many people are doing the thick counters instead of waterfall, but we chose waterfall because of cost. Either will look nice I’m sure

Do the 3” thick counters cost more than the waterfall? Does anyone have a price range or getting island only with thick counters?

3” thick counters much be extremely expensive (might be a good option for traditional style kitchen without waterfall islands). Our designer did not even mention such an option. We chose regular thickness white quartz with waterfall island and quartz backsplash.

It wasn’t too much more. Your designer should have given you all the options.
