There is not a single uncommitted ECNL or DA player by July 8 or 10th to even attend the tryouts.
July 1st is the earliest date for existing DA players to move. USSDA rules.

How a player performs at 10 or 11 is often times not a reliable indicator of how they will perform at 18. In many cases the players who top out at 10 or 11 don’t even make it to 18

Sure, coaches have holes in their schedule and will fill it by watching a game but in general they have a plan regarding the games they attend and watch.
If there is a conflict where they have two players on their list at one time on separate fields, they will generally go to the higher level game.
No, they will go to the priority recruit first.
