Some overrated colleges have added advantage of location, if you moved them to Texas or Louisiana, their applications will drop significantly, some great colleges are underrated due to location.

COL for Boston and Chicago are at the very similar level.

According to this site, Boston is 31.3% higher. A salary of $60k in Chicago would roughly equate to $78k in Boston. That’s a huge difference.
