You're about a day behind. The UAL victim and the felon who traded drugs for gay sex are two different people (same first and last name but each has two different middle names from the other). News rags like the Daily Mail rushed to smear the guy before they confirmed the info. Who knows, UAL may have even released thw info in an attempt to divert people like you from blaming them for the assault on the passenger.

Actually, it was the correct person. The other Dr. Dao is a resident in Louisiana, and not on this flight.

That said, I don't give a sh!t about his background. He had a ticket and was in his seat. That's the issue here.
Another illiterate person. Read the damn contract of carriage, if you can.

They called security because they wanted him off the plane. They wanted him off the plane because they were too cheap to offer enough compensation to entice someone to volunteer to get off the plane. They got security to literally pull him off the plane to protect a few hundred dollars of profit. It's disgusting and abusive and not acceptable.
They offered him 4x his ticket price, pretty standard. He didn't comply which resulted in forced removal by the Chicago Dept of Aviation Security.

A lawyer is not a medical professional.
