I guess that Catelynn is back at her facility again, for her third time. I wonder if she is a complete lost cause. She posted that “third time’s a charm”. Hopefully, for the child you have at home, they can regulate her meds and get her off the pot. What a mess!

I have a friend who is the owner of multiple rental properties, and let me assure you, it’s no cake walk. You have a lot of down time, but when you don’t, you are super busy. Some of the things she deals with, no thanks.

FWIW PP here and while I only own two, believe me, I know! I’m psyched for Gary that he actually made something for himself with the MTV money instead of spending it all on vacations, cars, drugs and attorneys’ fees like most of the others.

good for him! I think he is the first one I have heard of that actually invested in something that will provide long term.

How long does it take to film each season? I don't think I could have the cameras following me around for a few weeks twice a year and call that a job. I highly doubt any of these kids have saved any money from MTV.

Catelynn grosses me out more and more - it's like she just REFUSES to care for herself. She obviously has resources. Eat something that isn't crap and stop smoking all the time.

Did you see the episode where Tyler said he wants to be surprised with the news of a pregnancy and then suggested all the ways she can surprise him? They sound like they're still 17 and playing house, not like real adults. I give Cate lots of credit for being able to forgive her mother after the way she has treated her the majority of her life, but to sit with her and act like you're best girlfriends? Oh hell, no.

He obviously earns a living between whatever MTV pays him and the rental income - that new place they live is amazing. And he's a full time dad & I guess a farmer kind of? I'm sure Christina appreciates having him around, she has more than just the one small child with Gary plus Leah, they both seem to be very plugged into their kids and giving them important things like stability and education, things they may not have had. If Gary worked a crazy hours job on top of all Amber's antics then all of it would fall to Christina and Leah would suffer.

I think Ryan is still using. MacKenzie is very immature. I don’t see this lasting very long, and I just hope they don’t bring a child into that mess.

We've seen Sophia write Simon notes, write her mom notes, so we know she can write and spell well enough for people to figure out what she means. At least that's something.
