This is what the PP is referring to. He’s getting his second “annual” checkup within 6 months of his first one.

I wonder if his insurance only covers one annual checkup per year like the rest of us.
He could afford to pay out-of-pocket, fwiw. But there's no such thing as a "second" annual physical. There's a follow-up, or a new appointment, etc.
or something they are monitoring every 3-6 months.
I have appointments every 6 months. It doesn't mean I'm very unhealthy, it just means I have a condition that requires some monitoring. The president has already admitted to a condition requiring monitoring - he just doesn't know how to speak the truth, he only knows how to lie.
I'm pretty sure an obese billionaire like him would be getting monthly, if not weekly, medical checkups.
He could easily have weekly or daily check ups. The White House supports loads of medical care- equipment and doctors come to him. Walter Reed has specialty equipment.
Remember when Trump nearly died from Covid and Walter Reed was his only option?

He doesn't have insurance. He has Walter Reed Bethesda Naval Hospital and the best doctors the Army/Navy trained.
I heard he was at Walter Reed another time during which Melania was "taking a tour" of the facility. It was said he was playing golf in Virginia but the usual police were not in place for his Virginia golf course arrival. At the same time, there was unusual activity at Walter Reed.

He reminds me of my MIL. She has always been very overweight and does not take care of herself at all. But somehow, she has never had any major health problems, and she is the same age as Trump.
He has always evaded consequences, including the consequences for not taking care of his health.
And this begs the question - WHY is he disappearing for several days at a time? If it’s not for some type of treatment for a major health issue, then he is plotting something. And before someone says Biden did the same, no he didn’t. Biden went days at a time without being on camera, but he was showing up for work. He had a schedule. Trump is just not showing up for work for 5-day stretches with no explanation. What os he doing during that time?
This is what he has:
1. Physical: Edemas due to venous insufficiency; atherosclerosis (plaques in arteries). People live with that for years.
2. Mental: ADHD, dyslexia, and what experts have called a malignant form of narcissistic personality disorder.
3. Age-related decline: Unmistakable signs of cognitive decline that are frequent in his age group (hence the multiple very simplistic cognitive tests that have been administered), but very awkward for a President to develop.
Trump is perfectly within the range of normal for his age, and does not currently suffer from any acute life-threatening illness. It's just that we should stop electing such people to the Presidency.
You left out dementia. The “unmistakable signs of cognitive decline “ that are quite evident in his public performances and clearly progressing go way beyond “awkward”.
PP you replied to. I'm conservative in my assessment because I did not personally examine him or look at his medical files. He could well have dementia. What's most important is that his cognitive decline is seen by all, whether or not they acknowledge it publicly.
