I hate Kavanaugh and I believed Ford but he was technically qualified for the job. Hegseth is laughably not even close to that. I had several people over to dinner within the past month who are more qualified than he is. Everyone in the DC area knows somebody who’s more qualified for this job than he is.

Most parents do. but it sounds like her little superstar managed to engage in one disqualifying behavior after another after another after another. if her efforts contributed or if he managed it all by himself is beside the point. He is not for this job.
