I wouldn't necessarily think they would be relegated after one (admittedly poor) season. Obviously, the GA is well aware of the mass exodus of the former staff because those same people helped facilitate their new club joining the GA (which, if we're being honest, had no pedigree to justify acceptance other than the FCV staff that they hired and the players that they were able to bring in from outside - including FCV).

But that other club didn't exactly live up to the former TSJFCV standard in their first year, either:

U13 - 10/14
U14 - 6/14
U15 - 10/14
U16 - 4/14
U17 - 7/14
U18/19 - 13/14

Now, having said all that, if FCV isn't able to turn things around in 25/26, I wouldn't be surprised if that happened the next year, though. But if you're looking for a possible reason that it *might* happen for next year, it could be that one or more clubs could be effectively replaced by NVA/Loudoun/Mclean rather than them joining the GA as additions. In that case, I doubt that FCV (or any other club) will be racing to announce it. I would hope that anyone entertaining an offer would confirm with the club what league they will be playing in before accepting.

NVA doesn’t practice in ffax. Everything’s in Loudon at LSP or Bolen park for the most part. Every now and then it’s moved to hs in Loudon.

NVA's IG handle was always @nvaecnlsoccer. It was just changed to @northernvirginiaalliance. Clubs don't usually change their IG handle unless there is a reason. And the reason here is because they needed to take ecnl out of the name.

Why keep the alliance? What is LS really getting from Valor.

LS is leaving the alliance and will have their own MLSN/GA. Try to keep up.

I'm happy they are getting rid of underperforming coaches. Idk why anyone would view that as a bad thing unless they're still crying about their decision to leave for a tiny bar and a lord of the flies parking lot.


How do you determine whether the coaches are underperforming or if it’s the player pool that is not the strongest?


For instance, inability to create chances let alone score. A female dei coach has actually had her teams go entire seasons without scoring a goal, or maybe one. She still hired

The alliance was formed to remove competition and funnel all the top talent to LS. GFR was a member until the got tired of the BS. Valor is poorly run and will continue to ride bltch to LS. Valor will beg to keep the alliance because they can't manage on their own.
