Those types survive Anything . It’s a rare personality type. It’s interesting they’re both Leos. Maybe blind ambition, love of admiration/ attention and beating the odds are Leo traits. Meghan Markle is another Leo who certainly climbed the ranks.

Why is this always mentioned? It’s good, I guess, but there’s more to life than work.
Is there?

Um…didn’t JLo famously play a cleaning lady in one of her most notable movies, “Maid in Manhattan”?
And that makes calling Jen Ben’s cleaning lady appropriate? The Halftime doc on Netflix goes into more detail but there were other shocking and tasteless jokes about J Lo including an animated J Lo singing about tacos and a headline from an actual publication telling Ben to not marry the help.
This is a woman who makes sure to look immaculate in public . Imagine what they’d say if she dressed normal like Garner if she’s still the help when at the pinnacle of her career
I know 2002 was a different era but I think she handles it with class in the documentary because she doesn’t talk about the bigoted things said about her. She just lets those headlines or running gags (that haven’t aged well) talk for themselves and then discusses how Trumps border cages and such inspired her to put cages with kids on stage at the Super Bowl while singing Born in the USA .
Oy vey, you are missing the point.
It was a joke because she famously played a maid. It was a call back to the film that made her famous.
It wasn’t a joke about her ethnicity.
Geez.

Rom coms aren’t her best work. Crime dramas are. Hustlers has that element . She makes for a great cop or robber and her fight scenes are believable because she’s fit

she is not looking for love - if she did, she would have found it a long time ago. it's not that hard.
she is looking for a lasting appearance of a perfect, passionate union with a good looking star.
Maybe not for you - but for some people finding love is tough…..
It can even be a lifelong battle.
I disagree that Jennifer Lopez should take time off to be single.
Maybe if she were 25, even 30.
But at her age (55?) she no longer has time on her side.
While certainly beautiful now, her looks will start to wane in the coming yrs.
And she will be in her sixties which is not a decade where she will ever be viewed in the prime of her life.
DP. If a man is going to write her off because she's 57 and looking rather than 53 and looking, he's a shallow person. Yes, she can afford to take some time to herself to get her priorities and mind straight before possibly entering anoyher serious relationship.
