Both sides were in the wrong here.
Obviously, the ICE officer who fired the shots is way more in the wrong and should be charged.
But, given the decedent’s wife was on the sidewalk ready to film, this is looking less like a “milk run” and more like baiting. She did not deserve to die, but why mess with it?
You're correct to an extent but professional law enforcement officers are responsible and accountable in a different way than citizens doing stupid things on city streets. There is no such thing as 50/50 accountability when a sworn in officer shoots and kills a citizen. It's either a justified act or it isn't. 98% of LEOs will tell you this was not a justified use of deadly force.

I saw a video, she started driving forward with an officer in front of her.
I wonder if she was not aware of the officer approaching the front because she was paying attention to the officer near the side door.
The officer approaching the front should never have been there.
This. Also are they ICE or carjackers? Who knows. Same types of masks.
Shouldn't the MAGA supporting law enforcement also be upset with the poor training given to ICE? Basics 101, don't put yourself in front of a moving vehicle. They don't care about poor training putting ICE agents at risk?
She obviously knew they were ICE agents…she was there to protest, not randomly passing by, right?
A tragedy, but there’s no need to hypothesize outside of the known facts.

LMAO, boy they’re really trying to roll this talking point out pretty hard. Thank God there are observers there like the victim to document their activities. Otherwise people would be likely to believe this kind of nonsense.

I don't think she was intentionally trying to ram someone, but she could have easily hit the officer who was in front of her car.
She did hit him. He had to go to the hospital after.
She was trying to escape and didn't care if anybody got run over. Use of deadly force is legally justified if the LEO feels he/she is in an imminent threat of substantial bodily injury or death.
She died more of a hero than those ice officers could ever dream to be. These guys have to know that their jobs as pedophile protection officers can’t last forever

She staged her wife outside the vehicle, on the sidewalk, with plans for the wife to make a TikTok video of her blocking ICE.
That is why she was there.
FAFO.
She was a parent.
What sane, normal, parent does something like that?!?!
Unfortunately, some loudmouths are out there saying nothing ICE does is justified and there is nothing for citizens to do but get in their way and stop them.
Not saying there aren’t big problems with ICE. What happened yesterday is completely senseless and seems to come from either lack of training, hiring people who are already too riled up, trigger happy, and shouldn’t be in law enforcement. The officer who fired the shots was in front of the vehicle, and should never have been there.
Actually, it comes from people like you enabling these thugs. You’re the problem.
The lack of law enforcement during the Biden administration is precisely why we ended up with Trump.
We do need law enforcement, but they clearly need to pass a higher bar or get better training.
That does not mean that US citizens are free to obstruct as they wish, just because some agents are making poor decisions.
I hope the officer who fired the shots is charged, and I also hope that both ICE and citizens will behave better while law enforcement is being carried out.
Are you people incapable of saying anything that isn’t a propaganda talking point? You sound like a pre-programmed NPC.
You, and people like you, are the problem in this country. You’re pathetic.
