Yeah this is a very tough situation.

It's totally possible for her dad and her "team" to have taken advantage of her and trounced her rights and privacy as a person and professional and mother and young woman, while simultaneously it is a reality that she needs help and supervision and guidance to be healthy and safe. It's my (relatively uninformed opinion as an outsider) that both of these things are true.

Her instagram is alarming because it is incoherent and not consistent with what a celebrity with resources and PR would typically want to put out into the world (nude pics, bad lighting, making her look less talented and articulate than she actually is, etc...). It is also inconsistent with what a mother with healthy boundaries would put out into the world in the best interests of her children (see Farah Abraham, my friend's sister with mental health problems, and countless others who you can look to with similar issues). That's sad for her family and those around her, but ultimately, I am sure it does feel freeing and good to her.

I think that the next few years will be a landslide of poor judgement/uninhibited and reckless behavior on her part, and perhaps some more information from her sons as they become adults. I hope she is safe, but I don't think that is guaranteed by any stretch if her conservatorship is removed; that sucks, because the conservatorship does seem to be bad in many ways.

I also think her boyfriend Sam does love her, but perhaps is in over his head, and will likely ultimately not be able to sustain the relationship once the supervision (as restrictive and unethical as it may be) is no longer in place, because it likely does keep a lot of trouble from him.
