Y'all want some MEGA youth team to win you a championship? A team that serves 20 kids?

Why? Do you need this for some articulable reason?

Who really gives AF?

Soccer in this area is extremely, extremely weak.

Or very diluted. NC Courage has Raleigh locked down. PDA has a massive player pool depth. I don't see a solution to the dilution, because of geography and very real club culture differences. However, how competitve would we be if we COULD gather all the best players together on one team?

I agree that the talent is diluted compared to some other parts of the country, but higher quality coaching and talent identification could solve this problem. Belgium, Croatia, Uruguay have very small populations and multiple clubs, but produce world class players on the men's side because they know how to develop the available talent.

They won as many playoff games as FCV did.

That’s a lie. Fcv has 1 win so far. Spirit has zero because not a single team qualified.

How’d the 04’s do?

2 losses right now. Still one game to go. It's tough when you play against the best in the country instead of sitting at home being an armchair QB and criticizing others.

Oldest team was 1-1-1

U16s play today. With a win they should be in. Loss or tie will need some help.

U14s play tomorrow in the showcase, again, against 3 of the top clubs in the US. No shame in a loss or draw at this level and stage of development.

Try to get up and move off the couch ever now and again, good for the blood flow and it's summer

The team that beat them 3-0 had 5 05’s starting. Big fish small pond

The VA u14s are not playing against ‘3 of the top teams in the country’. These teams all having losing records like Spirit u14s. That’s how they set this up. FCV is playing against top teams. I14s from MD are playing better teams than VA.

What a game changer! Go Spirit! I mean Metro United!

You have become a MU fan. Think about it. You think about this club all the time. Enough to come here and write and inquire about them every day. We have that in common at least.

Heard VDA had to go down to Richmond this weekend and erase the blemish MU put on the NOVA soccer community. Lol

Do all VDA parents have the middle child syndrome?

Do all metro parents like being the most expensive and worst performing ecnl/da in the area?

At least until Jimmy FC families start paying their toll bills next year.

Loudoun families have enough money. Plus carpool reduces the burden

Do they have enough money to buy back the slipping grades from getting home at 10-10:30 every school night?

Best public school system in the US. Dont need to send our kids to Gonzaga, et al. Come join the revolution.
