I mean, they can say this, but you know the minute they control the executive and legislative branches, abortion ban will happen

New Hampshire Republican Jon Stone’s “law enforcement career ended when he threatened to kill fellow police officers in a shooting spree, and murder his chief after raping the chief’s wife and children, all while he was already under scrutiny for his inappropriate relationship with a teen girl, according to the internal investigation reports finally released this week.

Stone, a twice-elected Republican state representative for Claremont, has been fighting to keep those reports secret for years. Last month, the New Hampshire Supreme Court ruled that Stone could not block their release in response to this reporter’s 2020 right-to-know request, ending years of legal challenges.”

The whole article is a crazy ride. https://indepthnh.org/2024/04/05/documents-rep-jon-stone-threatened-mass-shooting-and-rape-after-investigation/

I kept waiting for one of them… any of them to do the right thing. But at some point you have to realize that they support MAGA. They agree with it.

They couldn’t even be bothered to switch their party affiliation to Independent and to caucus with the Democrats on issues their constituents support. I’m sure some of them are personally and quietly terrified, but whether or not they do support maga, they are supporting maga.

Good lord Republicans are nuts. He’s claiming that that book is regular school reading. I’m guessing he’s got some weird kink.

What is she on about? The next Congress counts the 2024 electoral votes, not this one.

Apparently one of the last remaining GOP with any integrity. First, he stood up against Trump's Insurrection and now refuses to endorse him. At least his legacy will remain intact one day when this stain on history is revisited.

that actually seems significant

Yup. BOTH of the most recent Republican Vice Presidents do not support the current Republican presidential nominee.
