Loughlin's daughters posed on a rowing machine for their "crew" photos, so, yeah, they knew what was going on.

PP said the scams have to end. Not the real accommodations. The scammers are really hurting the kids who need it.
This. 50 some odd pages before anyone mentions this. This is going to hurt the kids who need those accommodations. I'm a mom of a child with disabilities who needs the accommodations. I hate that the fbi included the handwriting sample for the one kid in the affidavit. I know I shouldn't diagnose but it looks like dysgraphia to me. The kid probably has other disabilities as well. I'm not saying his mom derserves special treatment. I think including the writing sample was mean spirited. Some of the first posts on the thread were makig fun of the kid for his handwriting. My child has experienced so many nasty comments because of the dysgraphia. We've had to deal with teachers who ignored the iep and tried to punish child for handwriting. Ignorance about disabilities is prevalent and harmful. My child has extended time and did very well on college tests. My child is very bright but struggles in many ways due to child's disailities. My child needs the accommodations to even the playing field. What Singer and his cheating proctors and college coaches did is disgusting.

They're still married. They haven't charged him--yet. The guy claims he met with him as well as huffman but my guess is so far the trail of money, emails, etc. goes back only to her and her accounts--would make sense they keep all their stuff separate for legal and other reasons since they are both high-earning and high-profile.

Why do the kids need to know about the fraud? They should be kicked out because they were admitted on fradulent credentials. It doesn't matter if they knew or not. That's life.
+1 and the kids who got in based on sports know for a fact that they never rowed.
Well, that's evidence they knew of the fraud and should be kicked out. Both Loughlin girls are probably packing their bags right now.
A kid who was unaware their parents defrauded the admissions process, and then went on to have a strong academic record? More complicated case.

Huffman's daughter isn't actually in college yet. She would be (have been) in the class of 2023.
I think most schools will do what USC's anonymous source said.
If the indictments have clear evidence that students knew, they will be expelled. If there isn't proof, then they will be able to stay.
