Not from what I have seen. I think the BF goalie is great. These players make sense to me.
Both goalies are good, but doubt either will win POY. If Mad SR attacker continues her success, it's going to be very difficult to beat her.
Agree. The opposing goalie has never had anything close to double the save rate as the BF goalie. Not sure where you are getting that?
So this BF goalie dad is saying the goalie has a high SV% due to the fact that she makes so many saves because the BF defense is terrible.
Westfield hasn’t beat any of the top teams. Goalie is good but not a POY candidate this year. BF goalie has been key in their big wins.

She is great. 3rd best in concorde is probably tops in whatever district BF is in.

Of the teams that I have seen in person, strong contenders include:
Madison: SR Attack
Robo: SR Attack, SR Middie
BF: SO Attack, JR Goalie

I would heavy lean Madison SR Attack. Didn't consider players on other top teams (Oakton, YT, Woodson, McLean, Cosby), but they likely have players worthy of mentioning.
I would think the current 11th and 12th graders that were on All-State last year would be contenders. I have not seen all play this year but they are:
1. Madison Attack
2. Oakton Attack
3. Robo Attack
4. Yorktown Mid
5. Battlefield Goalie
My top 3 are:
1. Madison Attack
2. BF Goalie
3. Robo Attack
In that order.
Mostly agree but would add the Yorktown Mid. She had a slow start due to injury but is getting harder to ignore and put up something like 10-11 goals between BF and West Albermarle. Still think Madison Attack is my top choice as well though.

Yes because in every league only the championship team will have the best player? That is not what that award is for. So with all due respect, i100% think it needs to go to the very best player out there not just to a player who led their team to a title
