The only reason the sniper missed Trump is because Trump turned his head. That round was in the air coming at Trump and was going to hit him and by the grace of God, Trump turned his head.

They knew he was there which is why the returned fire within seconds. But what were they waiting for?
They were probably worried he was law enforcement and hesitated to shoot. There was likely confusion about his identity.
The roof should have never been empty. It should have had law enforcement perched on it the entire time. Insane that it was empty and had a direct line of sight on candidate for POTUS. Unconscionable. Flabbergasting.

He just wasn’t as good. And his weapon was less precise than theirs.
No doubt SS snipers are pros.
But in this case they were too slow.
This guy should not have gotten a shot off.
In addition he should not have allowed to get into position to shoot without President Trump being tackled by SS.
Fortunately he missed by less than an inch!
