Yes, this makes a lot of sense. Abby's fame is inspirational and earned. G is all about triumph of the white privileged yoga pants woman who fakes vacuuming (strange story from one of her books) and doesn't want you showing off your avocado ways, but you should pretend you're a cheetah and do whatever you want whenever and that will make you a role model to your kids. All word salad and BS while Abby was setting real goals and scoring goals and rising up through hard work, talent, skill and perseverance
Once again, just like the other formerly religious, sometimes blond middle age privileged influencers, she doesn't seem to have many real and genuine relationships. It's all about image and selling and progressive-ish clout and social climbing and profit.

Absolutely. ( I am in publishing ).
This reminds me of when she "met" Tyler in NYC at the urging of her publicist! It was such a remarkable, romantic evening and they fell for each other instantly! HA.

You think G was ever going to date some gal from the flooring section at Sarasota Home Depot? No way. Girlfriend has to have all the attention and the coolest gf ever. Abby always looked like a cute Scandinavian boy band member. I feel terrible that she is stuck with G.
Sorry to derail things a bit, but this made me laugh out loud. So true. If she was going to try out being a lesbian then she needed a good social climb. The thing is she already had the issue of Craig cheating. You'd think despite the rise in social status, she'd be afraid to be with a "hot" much younger lesbian who even straight women find alluring because there is more fear more women will throw themselves at her. Not to mention the fact, her timelines kept changing, but one of them seemed to point to G together with Abby while still married. Technically that shows A is OK with cheating. Not a good sign. Also, is it me or did A go from seeming to worship the ground G walks on to looking really uncomfortable and even annoyed when they show a video from the podcast. I don't think it's sadness over sister's health struggles, but more like she is developing a mind of her own and is realizing that a lot of what G says is hot air and BS, or maybe I am projecting.
I think Abby is finally realizing that G is not going to change much, because she gets so much attention and pats for her problems. As a world-class athlete, Abby is used to progress and being better and pursuing excellence- this requires incredible discipline and focus. Two things G does not have. And Abby has to put up with G acting like a messy, spoiled child all the time. If a man were acting like this to his wife (leaving messes, laughing off wife's desire for order and tidiness), he would be excoriated. But G always gets a pass.
Life is giving them plenty of distractions but I wonder if they can go the distance. I feel terrible for Abby and wish she had a person in her life who cared for her and not her accolades and status.

Yeah. Go away. Jen is a predatory toxic nuisance. We have the receipts. Go away.
