I also wouldn't crown the Lil Hoyas the champs yet in the IAC - they graduated a shit ton from last season. Their junior class is impressive but is filled with a disproportionate number of re-class kids. Half of them could easily be seniors.

It's real simple, if your son wants to have an additional year of HS lacrosse eligibility, transfer across the river to either Episcopal or Saint Stephens, reclassify if you have the money, no questions asked, and he will be allowed to play. The IAC is a very loosely affiliated conference.
The WCAC actually has a league commissioner who from time to time enforces rules, the WCAC does indeed have an intra-league transfer rule in effect, unlike the IAC.
