Haha, my daughter was not cut. She decided to go to the better ECNL club at the time. It was her and about 30 other girls (some younger then her and some older). It was easy to see back then what a better club looked like because we had to play them. You guys all have blinders because of the cupcake competition and the DA badge.
Cupcake competition versus the great Loudoun and BRYC ECNL teams? McLean is a shell of itself. Please, it is ALL watered down.
Who was better in CCL, Loudoun or Arlington?
Loudoun was just stupid enough to think anyone could work with FCV.
Explain how McLean is a shell of itself?
2 years ago top 5 overall as a club in ECNL and last year top 10.

Yep Dead last which again proves the point that the ECNL is significantly better competition.
McLean 04s tied Bethesda 04s the last time they played which I believe was the same result when FCV 04s played Bethesda. Not a great look for a league when the first place team is getting the same results as the last place team in the other league.

That BRYC team he coached kicked our ass. They played nice soccer. With most of the FCV players coming back to Loudoun I don’t know why anyone would drive to Woodbridge.
VDA has the majority of their practices at long park. 30 minutes directly south of Evergreen and Loudoun Park. 1 practice a week in Woodbridge. Not trying to recruit. Just saying. They are more a Gainesville team vs a Woodbridge team.
Vda is not in Gainesville, Haymarket and Woodbridge. Loudoun kids should go back to Loudoun not drive 2 hours to Woodbridge
Some kids will leave. Happens every year, but to falsely report the demise of a team/club is unwarranted and ridiculous.
Who is saying that FCV is close to demise? I think what people are saying is it just will become second string.

Whoever wrote that extensive note about FCV dropped the mic. That us what I have heard over and over. No question that FCV has good talent and strong teams but the posters here make DA sound like it was some super league. That was never the case in this area. If MU does not fold this summer, it will fold next year. Arlington will stay in GA for as long as it can but it will never compete with the top local ECNL teams.
