Cost of upgrade was not bad...all bathrooms upgraded under $1000 total for cabinets I believe and we did L2/L3. You probably also want to upgrade to extra drawers instead of base...that was around $200.
Let me know if any other questions, happy to help!
Question for the poster- Per the Options list- it says secondary vanity size upgrade is 1295? So, does this mean if we choose a L2 for the vanity color it is 1295?
Is this correct? This is for the Patterson model. Please if you can give me some clarity on this.
I meant to say this is for the children's bathrrom

Is the upgrade to extra drawers in the secondary bathrooms, and in all models? The design consultant never mentioned that for the Hamlet - maybe it doesn't apply? I believe the standard bathroom vanity is just 2 doors/cabinets.

LVP floors
I don't think so. Pretty sure they are all higher levels of hardwood flooring.

Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Any one have the list of like level 1/2 vanity colors for the bathroom?
How much does it cost to upgrade to the colors? How much does it cost to upgrade to the drawers for the vanities?
The price depends on the bathroom...master is more than powder room and each model is different, so your question is a bit vague to answer accurately.
The colors are the ones you got in the cabinet booklet you should have received when you signed.
