It’s just a name, the formation of the team continues to be an equal share and commitment by VLC DCE and NL! Nothing really more than that.

Umm, DC to Richmond is about the same mileage as Dulles to Richmond. And who thinks Richmond players are better than DC/Baltimore players anyway. VLC is running it because they will have more players on both rosters.
