Cafe Asia in Rosslyn
Graffiato in DC (understand why all the chef's restaurants had to close, though)

I miss Thai Herb. It was in walking distance and had a nice buffet for lunch.

Lived around there, thought it was ok until my whole party got the worst food poisoning of our lives and were down and out for 2 days. Yelp reviews clued us in that it wasnt a one off for us.

The hand made Italian pasta spot a few doors up from the McDonalds on 18th & Adam's Mill Rd. There was a lovely husband and wife tam that operated that spot..... they left to retire as because rent increased.

There really should be a law against restaurant and retail rental increases after a business has been there for at least 7 years.

I'm also still upset about Amsterdam Falafel

The Thai Room on Connecticut and Nebraska was my family’s go-to Thai place in the 80’s and 90’s before many Thai restaurants were around. Their crispy noodles and ginger chicken were perfection. More recently I loved going to SEI on 7th street before hockey games or plays at Shakespeare Theatre. They had a wonderful kimchi fried rice.
