It was also supposed some Palestine protester doing a hate crime. Hopefully everyone, left and right, has learned their lesson on speculation. Two randoms got caught up in a massive murder investigation unwillingly.

This raises MASSIVE questions about campus security, vetting, and what Brown officials were thinking. How does this even happen at an elite Ivy League school?
Who is the guest who stated that? I have a feeling that probably wasn’t known at an administrative level and someone was letting him in.

I don't think he's connected to the shooting. Just wandering nearby. People wondered why he didn't come forward with what he saw. Now we know. But Brown seems not to have a good grasp of who their students are? There was suspect #1 a student/not a student and not homeless genuis guy.

Somewhere tonight I saw a *rumor* that the Brown shooting might have been a distraction to evade suspicion for the Brookline one, where I’m guessing there might have been a connection. But who knows.

The report also made it clear that the guy was not involved. He had had some kind of interaction/altercation with the suspect a couple of hours before.
But, the rest is true according to the report.
I’m guessing Brown families are not going to like hearing homeless people living on campus.
