It's no different than what VRSC, Arlington, Alexandria, and others have with their UPSL teams. It's a semi-pro aka amateur league. I don't think TSJ will attract anymore additional players because it.

That said, my experience with several local clubs is that they are generally not well managed at the operational level. They might be fine strategizing their next steps, but they are pretty awful in operationalizing their objectives. They overstate and overpromise and then underdeliver. The club soccer world is rife with unhappy clients.
