The opinion calls out Lawrence v. Texas as wrongly decided. That's the decision that said Texas's anti-sodomy laws were unconstitutional.

Making this news in May means more time for voters to get over their anger about Roe and focus on the fact that their f&cking toddlers are still wearing masks in daycare.

I think it's awful to overturn Roe, but obviously they were going to do it, it would be political suicide to promise this to their voters and not deliver with a 6-3 majority.
