I had an issue with that. just because Carole's current career isn't as high profile as it used to be doesn't discredit it. Love her or love to hate her she is an Emmy winning journalist and nothing will ever change that. It's like all your children are grown yet someone discredits your parenting. Bethenny also conveniently hardly mentions her businessene partners and investors who made the skinny girl brand. She wasn't a one woman show.

I personally switched careers about 10 years ago from something kind of prominent in my field to something more low key for a host of reasons with no regrets. No longer publishing or speaking or collecting awards for my work does not make my previous work obsolete. I wish someone who more recently struck gold in their career would try to diminish my earlier accomplishments! They would have to cut to commercial!
Many of the exchanges were difficult because Bethenny just would not shut up. She was determined to get in the first, middle and last word! Whomever said she was Zarin I see it. I don't doubt she is more like her mother!

I thought it was telling when B had proof about trying to set up red scarf with C. Andy and B were both shiwing C the text and C STILL said it wasn't true. Thats delusional.

I agree, Carol's treatment of Tinsley showed her true nature outside of the fight with B and was just mean. She's too concerned with her image and how it comes off to be friends with Tinsely to admit to being close with her. Obnoxious. And sorry Carol, you've now been out of journalism (17 years) longer than you were at ABC, so no- that is no longer your career. That's like saying my mom who quit work to be a SAHM saying she was still in finance.

Just watched the episode, and it was edited to look like that- you can easily tell from the camera cut. They can take any reaction and throw it together to look like a response in real time, but it's not. Reality TV 101. Sound clips too. Unless you see the person saying it in the moment to the other person, chances are, it was taken out of context from something completely different.

Carole is just missing some kind of human emotion chip. Bethenny can be awful but she can also be compassionate, vulnerable, and amazing to others. That’s why she’s staying and Carole is going.

All the backpedaling that Carole did about the Tinsley/friend comment couldn’t repair the damage.

The group needs to stop giving Dorinda a pass on her drinking. She needs a very long long stay in rehab.
