CNN posted an analysis of all the videos and says one video shows the car make contact with the ice agent before he fires his weapon.
Yes, this is what we all saw. The officer was clear of the vehicle and no longer in harm's way when he fired three shots at the driver's head. Inexperienced gun carrying street cop wannabes are a recipe for disaster.
Minnesota should be offering a reward for information leading to his arrest.
His ice colleagues would turn on him in a second.
I don't doubt this. It only takes a couple of trigger happy idiots to make the entire agency appear as useless thugs. ICE has been around for over 20 years doing important and necessary work for this country. This idiot and a few other relatively new hires have tarnished their reputation.

Trajectory of the bullet should clearly show the officer was firing from the front side of the vehicle. You have to be at the side of the vehicle for the bullet to enter that way.
And it’s illegal to use deadly force ONLY to prevent escape. The officer could have easily moved out of the way to protect himself.

Guns were also drawn VERY quickly. No attempt at de-escalation for a person partially blocking the road.
The only officer with their gun drawn was the idiot who discharged 3 rounds at the driver's head. Unfortunately, it only takes one idiot to create a tragedy.

She staged her wife outside the vehicle, on the sidewalk, with plans for the wife to make a TikTok video of her blocking ICE.
That is why she was there.
FAFO.
She was a parent.
What sane, normal, parent does something like that?!?!
I love victim blaming and will share the same level of sympathy when the murderer is publicly identified.
Might that never happen?
