The report also made it clear that the guy was not involved. He had had some kind of interaction/altercation with the suspect a couple of hours before.
But, the rest is true according to the report.

I don’t think this is correct. They would have said so by now or some radio communication would have been heard confirming it, or a body in a bag would have been seen leaving by now. I think he’s just not there and hasn’t been there recently and they don’t know where he is.
