She isn’t the first director hired by AB that quickly discovered how much he oversold the club like a used car salesman selling a car that breaks down as soon as it leaves the lot.

My guess it's cause she realized TSJ doesn't care at all about the girls program after AB took the reigns. It's just a hollow core of itself, and the record shows it. My thought is she'd rather actually do real coaching/work than just fill a placeholder spot.

No idea if this will turn out to be a good hire, but you can’t put the recent results of TSJ directly on her shoulders alone. I don’t know when she got there, but all of the talent left two years ago. The players there now are mostly made up of 2nd team players from other clubs who wanted the opportunity to play at the GA level and going to a club under-going a massive talent departure was the fastest way to do it. Only time will tell, but hoping she makes a positive impact at Rev.


She was there less than a year, I believe. Not sure of her reasons for leaving after a year but kinda makes me wonder what her agenda is and why she didn't want to finish what she started there.


Maybe because some people like the "easy way" to feel successful instead of having to work to build something meaningful?

1 1/2 years is forever? He started in Fall 2024 with 2 older boys teams. They moved him off 1 of those teams for spring before most of the team left. Maybe he does better with younger teams and girls.

Her position at TSJ was posted in the United Soccer Coaches job listing forum back in November advertised at $100,000 salary/year. Got nothing to do with Aspire rumors (false by the way as TSJ will be in MLS1 next year). She’s simply riding that American youth soccer cash cow. Some call it a sellout. Euphemistic lingo will dub it corporate America.
