So weird of Elijah going through her rings with a ring sizer and getting caught by Kevin.
Agree.
And I'll come right out and say it: I don't like Elijah. Dude gives me bad vibes and I don't trust him. I think it's INSANE that he is planning to propose. The twins are still really little. Are they even a year old? I feel like he's rushing things with Madison to edge Kevin out. I don't like it for Madison. It's not in her best interest.
Didn’t he basically say that he was sticking around because he realizes he punched above his weight with a woman like Madison, since he’s a shlub and she’s hot? Yeah, I agree — as they say, he’s not there for the right reasons.
Yes. All of this. It just really rubbed me the wrong way and I really haven't liked Elijah ever since.
My prediction is that the Elijah romance falls apart (maybe he has a dark side we haven't seen) and that Kevin and Madison ultimately end up together. I think Elijah is written to be unlikable for a reason.
Yes, they purposely seem to be giving us bad vibes. So if he is asking her because he feels she’s above his league, is that love? Will she realize that before she says yes? Or will she realize she’s not really in love with him? She is so in tuned to Kevin and his feelings and moods, she’s still in love with him.
She just told Kevin she really loves Elijah and she's excited he's proposing.

No kidding! I kept watching to see if they were dubbing his lines or editing like crazy, because that was pretty incredible.
I wonder if the little actor's blindness had an impact on that. I could imagine that a vision impairment might heighten the kid's perception and emotional intelligence in a way that translates into better acting skill, even at that tiny age.
Great point. Yes, the little guy was fantastic and hope we see more of him!
I agree! What a great actor and an adorable kid. It was heartbreaking when he said he went to the park because “that’s where mommy and daddy are happy.”
I also agree with the PP who asked why Kate wasn’t there with Rebecca at the park. If my kid—whether with vision impairment or not—had wandered off and someone had a hunch about where she was, you can bet I would be running like the wind to get to her. Meanwhile, Rebecca gets to the park, finds Jack, hugs him, talks to him, etc. and Kate is nowhere to be found.
Didn't Rebecca kind of take off as soon as she realized the rain boots were gone? And everyone else was running around freaking out?
I'm really not going to criticize Kate for not being everywhere all at once. I've had my kid disappear almost in front of my eyes at a huge international airport. I found her very soon after, but there's a panic of what do I do next and you have every possibility running through your head all at once.
Everyone is making assumptions that Kate sat on her ass on the couch while Rebecca went and Saved Jack! For all we know she ran back inside to grab Toby and they drove to the park which took an extra minute. We only saw 20 seconds after Rebecca got to him!

Rebecca saw the rain boots and said, “the park!” Then she ran outside and told Kate, “he went to the park!” I do think it’s possible to be sort of paralyzed with shock, but Rebecca did tell Kate where she was going before she took off.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:The writers always have a twist. What if the ‘death’ scene is not Rebecca? Maybe Kate?
Not possible. I just watched it. It’s definitely Rebecca.
I just re-watched it. I believe we are seeing TWO death scenes.
Randall has gray in his hair and beard at the beginning. He walks to the ‘bedroom’. The first glance at the door is a regular door handle for a home. It then switches to a hospital door handle and he enters a hospital room telling Rebecca he’s her son. No gray in the beard! So it’s NOT Rebecca in the home.

Sounded to me like she was trying to convince Kevin.
