There’s a video of both Justin and Isabella talking about Taylor’s involvement and casting. And she was absolutely in the apartment for at least one interaction between Ryan, Blake, and Justin where they talked about the movie. Now I strongly believe Blake is a name dropper and a liar and Taylor wasn’t as involved, but it would be silly of Baldoni’s legal team not to find out and to act as if just because she’s really famous and she shouldn’t be involved. That’s not really how it works.
There’s also some speculation that it was Taylor’s idea to do the bread crumbing… Earlier in August when the fat shaming rumors and Justin’s difficulty with the cast started coming out. It would be interesting to see if Blake and Taylor had texts or anything of that nature speaking to that and it would absolutely be relevant to the case.
It’s quite possible those things don’t exist, but I understand why he would be interested in finding out. It would absolutely be relevant to see if Blake lied about Taylor’s involvement too, like Taylor’s team gave the rights to my tears ricochet - if Blake did not have any power or control over removing that song from the movie and she was lying and holding that over wayfarer for leverage, that would absolutely be relevant.
I like Taylor and I wish she wasn’t involved in this, but the fact is Blake involved her.
I agree and also like Taylor. I think her statement took shots at both Blake and Justin as a way of trying to stay neutral. She basically called Blake a liar but also took a dig at Justin when she said the subpoena was clickbait. I’m team Justin and don’t agree it’s clickbait but I think Taylor was trying not to piss off either side’s supporters by giving each a little something.
I tend to think Taylor perhaps knew about the Doe lawsuit and that’s why she’s never come out supporting Blake, even in those first few days following the nyt article when everyone was supporting Blake. I’d bet Taylor’s lawyers told her your friend is doing some really shady sugar honey iced tea and you need to stay far away from this mess.

And I don't think we can solve them
You made a really deep cut
And, baby, now we got bad blood

In Taylor's world it's cool when you sing about "Bad Blood" as stylized bop for angsty Millenials. It might not be so cool in real life when she has to swear an oath and explain her actions in court. Poor Tay.
This puts a whole new spin on Ryan Reynolds "I want to die" expressions in photos at Tay's Fourth of July party in Rhode Island. He knew the Taylor thing would not end well for him.

It is the least offensive photo of a person that could possibly exist.
And yet it was posted here for the sole purpose of criticizing her.
