I mean yes she covered her shoulders but maybe a bit less cleavage for the situation?
I got you. Here's an article so you are not alone: https://www.nationalreview.com/corner/ambassador-to-greece-kimberly-guilfoyle-has-no-sense-of-decorum/
"Kimberly Guilfoyle, our ambassador to Greece, just met with His Beatitude Theophilos III, the Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem, in Athens. Such meetings with luminaries are a normal part of an ambassador’s portfolio.
But too typical of her style, Guilfoyle wore a low-cut dress to the meeting and posted a photo on X. Decolletage has its place but is unprofessional when a United States ambassador is conducting official business.
Guilfoyle’s choice of attire was especially inappropriate for this meeting. His Beatitude is a primate in the Orthodox Church and a celibate monastic to boot. Simply as a matter of respect for his office and the Orthodox Church, men and women should dress modestly in his presence — just as they should when meeting the pope (as the first lady and Ivanka Trump did when they met Pope Francis).
Does Guilfoyle have no sense of decorum? What an embarrassment."
This is actually her version of demure.

Why does she insist on looking like Elvira? The hair just gets worse and worse and worse. It's so awful.

She has lost a ton of weight since going to Greece. She must have stress eaten with junior.

I actually like this a lot, especially the color. It’s giving very “chic leader of a sex cult.” Very NXIVM!
I almost like it but feel like it’s a weird amount of drapey fabric on that shirt especially in combo with drapey wide pants. It makes her look older and heavier and also gives the vaguely cassocky vibe that is reading as cult leader. I actually love a drapey silk shirt so I’m surprised this isn’t really working with me.
Why has everyone stopped wearing belts? There are belt loops here, wear a belt.
That is 100% one of my pet peeves. If there a loops, you need a belt.
