There is no "only superstars play up" clause in league rules.

What they're saying is that under BY 5 months of players were being forced to play on a team with grade older players.

How is it being used exactly?

I dont know. Someone commented a couple of days ago that they're using it because parents always give their kids birthday and grade in school. Then expect them to say which team they should be on.

No, a parent said they found it useful not a club. Omg, pay attention.
