I almost like it but feel like it’s a weird amount of drapey fabric on that shirt especially in combo with drapey wide pants. It makes her look older and heavier and also gives the vaguely cassocky vibe that is reading as cult leader. I actually love a drapey silk shirt so I’m surprised this isn’t really working with me.

She’s attractive, which helps immensely, but not stylish. She is squandering her unlimited clothing budget and the window in time where she can pull off almost anything.

Wrong. It’s easy to look “great” in a $5000 dress and $2000 shoes. That’s not style. I think she looks like an old lady. It’s ok for you to disagree.
