We've never had an issue with our quartz countertops. I don't go out of my way to place something directly from the broiler to the countertop, but don't fuss with them.
On an all-white kitchen, there are some who think they're boring...but I think they are classic for a reason and it is more about the hardware/pendants/overall style of the house. I don't like sleek all-white kitchens, which seem sterile to me. Think you need some texture and warmth brought in.

To ensure they can build the home in a reasonable amount of time. Folks won’t want to buy a home today to have delivery 2 years from now.
