Does anyone have a price list of the Design center upgrades?

How much does it cost to upgrade from 'semi frameless' to 'frameless' showers for the master bedroom/guest bedroom of Palatine model?

There is also a white level7 quartz that the designer told us was very popular and latest trend in HGTV. We did not like it it is white with some veins. I can’t recall the name

Any expert here in kitchen layout ? what do you think about an all white kitchen? Quartz vs Quartzile ? on the internet I read a lot about quartz not being heat resistant. If that is the case why is it so popular? are people really that careful and not putting hot pans on their countertop/island ?

We've never had an issue with our quartz countertops. I don't go out of my way to place something directly from the broiler to the countertop, but don't fuss with them.

On an all-white kitchen, there are some who think they're boring...but I think they are classic for a reason and it is more about the hardware/pendants/overall style of the house. I don't like sleek all-white kitchens, which seem sterile to me. Think you need some texture and warmth brought in.

Good to know.. Thank you I will just select one layout like the one above in the link

+1 on waterfall advice, though I also think waterfall counters are going to look very dated in a few years regardless of color scheme.

I don't necessarily agree with making the island a different color. Think it can be perfectly lovely--my favorite color right now is sage for that type of accent--but not necessary. interesting counter/bar stools, pendants, and hardware can provide that sort of pop while keeping the kitchen white. If doing a subway tile for the backsplash, I would definitely do a beveled option to help more light bounce.

Yup...it makes sense.
