False. Dem dominated First Circuit. And Kavanaugh’s views on this stuff are unknown. He probably is fine with the status quo on affirmative action. Roberts has voted against it in the past, but he’s Very Concerned About His Legacy Man now. History books don’t like those who oppose affirmative action. So 6-3 the ruling is affirmed. So ordered. And that’s that.

Me thinks some have an over-inflated sense of self worth. I hate when people blame affirmative action instead of looking for personal growth.
