Oh interesting - Where did you see the Drexel merit info? In the acceptance letter itself or elsewhere?

There was a tab for financial aid and scholarships on the main screen. Took a long minute to load up but once it did it showed what was offered.

Oh!! DP but my kid also got into Drexel and we hadn’t realized there was a different place to find the merit aid info!! Thank you for the info!
And congrats!

Congrats! Would you mind sharing stats? They just have one full ride scholarship and need-based aid, no other merit, right? Not sure if it is worth a look for DD if we don’t want to do full pay. [/quote]

DP but W&L meets 100% of demonstrated need. DC received a competitive offer without merit and no need for loans which was our goal. The earlier they apply the better.

Acceptances on my child’s list:

Purchase college - no aid/merit
UVM - 15k year merit
Roger Williams - 28k year merit

UVM is the fave but the other two are just so much less per year. Hoping one last visit to each will help with the decision.

DS is in at UVM honors college. Submitted test score of 1550.

Yes, my son applied test optional and was admitted with a total of 60k merit aid. It’s still the most expensive college on his list but also his first choice. Accepted into Biochemistry.
Small private high school, 3.8 unweighted, honors classes but they don’t offer AP. Test optional. It was a reach school for him.

DD was not TO but they give you a merit estimate if you put your stats into their website. Although it may be more cut and dry with test scores. You could see what it says.

I couldn't find the merit estimate calculator on the UVM website or via google. Do you have a link? Thanks!

It is part of their net price calculator. It also does merit.
