How can anyone seriously listen to this and not think, gee he sure does spend a lot of time talking about himself and not much on problem solving or policy details.
He laid out a plan: close the border.
Now whether liberal 9th circuit judges decide to legislate from the bench and abuse their powers by issuing nation-wide injuctions, or whether Democrats are willing to admit how wrong their immigration policies are and sign on to purely restrictive immigration legislation—is another story.
“Close the border” is not a plan.
It’s a winning plan, coupled with mass deportation of illegal immigrants.
Jewish people have something to say about mass deportation.

It would have been much better for the Jewish people if they had been mass deported. Jewish people weren’t mass deported, they were placed into extermination camps in other countries Germany had invaded and built concentration camps inside. Jewish people were killed en masse in those camps while Germany lied to the world about the concentration camps and set up elaborate hoaxes within the camps to fool the Red Cross into being Jewish prisoners were being treated well.
Trump isn’t floating a plan like that, he’s said he wants illegal immigrants to leave our country, a country they have no legal right to be in.
Trump’s plans for mass deportation will absolutely involve camps. They were even admitting that this week.
Not camps where the US will hold people indefinitely and lie to the world about it.
Camps/processing facilities that illegal immigrants are processed out of the United States through.
It’s reasonable to process people out of our country who are here illegally at central locations equipped to do that.
Why do you think Trump is going to round up illegal immigrants and keep them imprisoned in camps? What is he going to do with millions of people living in the camps? They are just going to be held in american prison camps indefinitely? What’s Trump’s plan, according to you?
Do you think each person will get their own flight? Think of this logically and logistically.

90 minutes total according to reports I heard earlier today. I tried to warn you all more than an hour ago.

Bigly.
I couldn't watch the whole thing, it was so cringe. I hadn't watched one of his speeches in a while. Maybe since he was in office. He's so much worse than I remember. Low energy, rambling, incoherent. His brain is pure mush. I'm really hoping the democrats can offer up someone who is coherent so I can vote for someone normal.
Same. This whole convention is a disaster. I think the media is being overly generous because of the assassination attempt, but the reality is Trump is a weak candidate, old, a terrible public speaker, who is extremely negative and divisive. Lots of “smoke and mirrors” to this whole convention. It’s all just a show and a fabrication.
Theoretically, he should be a very easy candidate to beat.
I mean, if the media weren’t riding Trump’s ___, he would be polling in the toilet where he belongs. At the end of it all though, what does the GOP offer? Banning birth control and abortion across the country, ejecting brown people, codifying corruption and grift into the government and violence, so much violence. I think voters are going to turn away from the craziness of the GOP.
