If they can make doctors afraid, they can endanger the lives of even more women. “Death to all women!, the dirty descendants of Eve!” shouted the forced birthers, “Here is to life! May it ever be male and true and important! Death to all women!”

This is ultimately what they want. If a woman is "virtuous" she will survive, but otherwise God will kill her and the man will find a hotter even younger wife to raise his kids, "as God intended."
