Also nobody is disputing that he wanted to get rid of the magnetometers so his people could get into the Ellipse crowd shot without being disarmed or that he urged a mob that he knew was armed to go to the Capitol or that he believed that the VP deserved the “Hang Mike Pence” chant.

Do you mean the way Ornato relayed the story?
Look at the white cuffs through the SUV window in the snippet of video they showed. He’s right behind the front seats and is waiving his arms around like a lunatic.
Can you link to the video and point to a time? Because I saw a 4 minute clip of a series of cars waiting, then leaving after the speech, and not only do I not know which one the President was in, I do not see anything through the windows, apart from a few movements, but not anything or anyone recognizable.
Ah, OK, just saw the PP's clip. It looks as though Trump is waving at the crowd. He could be gesticulating in anger, but his cuffs are not far enough towards the front to touch the steering wheel or anyone in the front seats.
Lol. There was no crowd to wave at. They were facing the other way. Try harder.
Sigh. I've posted multiple times over the years at this IP address with lefty posts. I fully support the Jan 6th committee hearings, and any DOJ investigation that can finally mete out justice.
But that video DOES NOT SHOW anything that can be used in a court of law. You will note that the Jan 6th committee DID NOT claim Trump was doing anything untoward in that video. They relied instead on the indirect account of Cassidy Hutchinson. There is a reason for that - if the video had shown anything obvious, they would have used it.
Please. It really hurts our cause when you claim things you can't prove. There is important evidence that has been described by sworn witnesses, and there is likely to be much more. You do not need to make up stuff!!

That's it. Whatever he did in the SUV matter not one iota.
But everyone who thinks it's impossible for this to happens, does not know Trump. I clearly remember his visible anger at the debate with HRC.
Is this enough evidence to indict Trump for fomenting armed insurrection? (I dunno the legal terms here)
When I heard Hutchinson's testimony, this was the one thing that really jumped out at me. "They won't hurt me." Not a single human life matters to this man aside from his own! His children were present, but he didn't care if he put them and all his staff and advisors and onlookers, bystanders, etc. in mortal danger.
Why is this man not in jail? Why, o why?
