Rats, I didn't post scores. But I'm still hopeful.

Good thoughts to all.

Where does this information come from? Is it true?

I think she/he is just speculating based on the scores posted.

Not in my case, both arrived at the same time.

6/1/11-6/10/11 Convene Level IV appeals committee.
6/14/11-6/28/11 Mail Level IV appeal decisions to parents or guardians and local schools

So it could come any time between now and June 30. I will be scared to open it. My daughter knows nothing about this and I do not plan on telling her until school lets out anyway so maybe it is just fine if it comes next week.

If the envelope is very thin like one page, then be scared. Likely to be a one page rejection letter.
You want to see at lest two pages think.

Principals and local AARTS are supposed to get an eligibility list of the base school kids who were accepted on appeal no later than Monday. Usually the letters are mailed/received shortly after that.

The timing allows them a small window to discuss staffing and placement issues before all the teachers leave on Wednesday.

I hope you are right. Does the thought of waiting until June 30 make anyone else queasy?

My money is still on June 18-21 for receipt of letter. That's the window from past years, and I believe the appeals committee review is concluded by June 11 (that was the rule last year, with another rule about mailing the letters between 6/15 and 6/30.)

Of course that is what she would say. That is the company line.

They are probably saying June 30th so people don't pester them if they don't get them sooner.
